Another really useful tool would be 2Large2Email. It's work an email application dedicated to sending large attachments.

Another invoicing option is Time59 (www.time59.com). It’s targeted at solo professionals and is a great solution if you don’t need (or want to pay for) the multi-user capability of Freshbooks. Bottom line: If you are solo and bill by the hour it is definitely worth a look. The first 30 days are free.

PR Consultants may also want to check out Intervals for time tracking and project management.

Thanks for sharing your list. You omitted 2 of my favorites: echosign (for electronic document signage and storage) and Zoomerang (for free online surveys that have more than 10 questions). Highrise is my favorite contact manager (love the tasks to help keep me on schedule).

This is a great list & includes many of my favorite tools. I couldn't live without Evernote & Skype. Google doc's are a must for collaboration (since I work remotely) & Paypal is essential.

Thanks for including Techrigy SM2 (whom I work for). It offers social media monitoring with robust analytics. And we have a Pro version also.
